PORR Group is hiring a Recruiting Specialist to own the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to hiring, for our construction projects across Germany. You'll work closely with internal departments to identify and secure talent for skilled trade, technical, and commercial positions.

What You'll Do

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for skilled trade, construction technical, and commercial roles.
Partner closely with specialist departments to accurately define and fill open positions.
Create and publish job advertisements on relevant platforms and maintain them in the applicant management system.
Screen, pre-select, and match qualified candidates to our vacancies.
Proactively identify and directly approach suitable talent for challenging positions.
Organize and conduct job interviews.
Support the planning and execution of nationwide recruiting events and career fairs.

What We're Looking For

A completed degree in business, commercial training, or a comparable qualification with a focus on personnel/human resources.
Several years of professional recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or technically oriented environment.
Market knowledge for the Berlin region and surroundings, with experience in the construction industry being a plus.
Proven experience in in-house recruiting and active sourcing, particularly with LinkedIn.
A team player with a structured, independent approach, strong communication skills, and a confident demeanor.
Excellent spoken and written German language skills.
Willingness to travel regularly to our branches in Rangsdorf and Eisenhüttenstadt, with your primary workplace being Berlin.
