Key Responsibilities
- Own the global technical recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational growth and client delivery goals.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across business units to define hiring priorities and workforce planning for technology roles.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical recruiters and recruitment managers, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Design and refine recruitment frameworks, policies, and governance models to support scalability and regional adaptability.
- Drive proactive talent acquisition strategies, including capacity planning and pipeline development for critical technical roles.
- Advise on complex or high-impact hiring scenarios, providing guidance to both recruitment teams and business leaders.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in global technical recruitment within fast-paced or service-oriented environments.
- Strong track record of engaging with senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of global IT talent markets and technical role requirements.
- Experience in transforming or building scalable recruitment processes and operating models.
- Proficiency in using data to measure performance and guide decision-making.
- Resilient leadership style with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent English (C1 or higher).
