Role Overview:The Recruiting Manager will lead the global Technical (IT) Recruitment function at Miratech, reporting directly to the Recruiting Director. This role is responsible for defining and driving the technical recruiting strategy, leading a team of recruiters, and acting as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders to support business growth and client commitments through effective technical talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Technical (IT) Recruitment direction globally, with accountability for strategy, delivery quality, and performance across regions, teams, and client accounts.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders on technical hiring priorities and workforce planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical recruiters and recruitment managers.
- Design, implement, and improve technical recruitment processes to ensure scalability and consistency.
- Drive technical workforce planning and proactive talent pipeline development.
- Provide leadership in complex or high-risk hiring situations.
- Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment strategy with business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in IT/technical recruitment within international or service-based environments.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Strong understanding of global tech talent markets and technical role profiles.
- Experience transforming recruitment processes and operating models.
- Data-driven with strong knowledge of recruitment metrics and performance management.
- Fluent English (C1 or higher).
