Rundoo is looking for a Recruiting Lead to own our hiring efforts in Metro Manila. You will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates primarily for roles in the Philippines and the United States. Our mission is to build software that helps building materials suppliers enhance their businesses.

What You'll Do

Proactively source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse talent for current and future openings.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and adjust evaluation criteria.
Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
Review inbound applications, filtering and forwarding qualified candidates.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communication, or Industrial Relations.
5 years of experience in recruiting.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools like Notion and Ashby.

Nice to Have

Recruiting experience for roles across both the Philippines and the United States.
Familiarity with labor laws and hiring practices in both the Philippines and the United States.
