Support the integrity of caregiver onboarding by managing the full credentialing lifecycle for nursing and home care staff across multiple locations in Texas. This PRN/Casual position plays a critical role in verifying qualifications, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records to support safe, authorized staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate nursing and caregiver licenses by directly contacting state licensing authorities
- Confirm essential certifications including CPR, tuberculosis screening, and other required training
- Perform federal exclusion checks through OIG and GSA databases
- Organize and safeguard digital credential files in compliance with privacy standards
- Monitor expiration timelines and proactively notify staff of upcoming renewals
- Ensure all documentation is complete before enabling access to scheduling systems
- Trigger onboarding processes in internal platforms once hiring approval is received from leadership
Qualifications
