This role supports a large SAAS company’s hiring initiatives in Mexico by managing the full cycle of interview coordination. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll ensure interviews are scheduled efficiently, aligning candidates, hiring managers, and team members across time zones and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate interview logistics, including setting up sessions and confirming availability
- Prepare and share essential documents such as job summaries, candidate profiles, and interview timelines
- Issue offer letters and related hiring paperwork accurately and on time
- Protect sensitive information by following data privacy standards throughout the recruitment workflow
- Identify opportunities to enhance scheduling systems and improve overall hiring efficiency
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Mexico. The contract duration is six months, with all responsibilities conducted digitally. No travel is required. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing time-sensitive tasks independently.
