Applied Intuition is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) to join our Recruiting Operations team. You will play a crucial role in building and supporting our entire recruiting infrastructure from the ground up, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate candidate interviews, including phone, virtual, and in-person sessions for all open roles
- Streamline the interview process to ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies and solutions to improve process efficiency
- Partner with sourcers, recruiters, and hiring managers to build comprehensive interview plans
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Experience in an operational position working with cross-functional team members
- Experience in roles that require a high standard for customer service
- Experience working in an environment focused on continuous process improvements
Nice to Have
- Experience working on or closely with a recruiting team
- Experience program managing events and tasks to completion
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in Washington, District of Columbia, United States.
