This role supports the internal recruiting team by managing the end-to-end interview process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. You will serve as a central point of contact, coordinating schedules between recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels while maintaining clear and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule all stages of the interview process, including virtual and in-person sessions
- Support campus recruitment initiatives such as presentations, career fairs, and on-site events
- Act as a reliable liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams
- Create and manage job postings, ensuring accurate distribution across appropriate channels
- Collaborate on process improvement projects to enhance recruiting efficiency
- Maintain relationships with external vendors and assist in processing recruitment-related invoices
- Conduct candidate sourcing activities to help fill open positions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal oversight
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and adapting to evolving needs
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus

Compensation
Annual salary range of $58,000 to $63,000.
