About the Role

Standish Management is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our internal recruiting team. In this role, you will work closely with internal operations, HR, and varying cross-functional teams, supporting our recruiters and driving process improvements.

What You'll Do

  • Interact directly with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to coordinate and schedule all phases of the interview process
  • Assist with the coordination of campus recruiting events, including presentations, interviews, and conferences
  • Utilize effective communication and follow-through as a dependable point of contact for recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers
  • Take part in special project assignments to develop processes and tools for the recruiting function
  • Create job requisitions for posting and determine appropriate placements
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and facilitate the recruitment invoicing process
  • Source candidates for open roles

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
  • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle and own multiple projects, meet established deadlines, and monitor project timelines and workflow
  • Open to flexible hours for additional necessary projects
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • A detail-oriented, self-motivated, eager learner who can own projects and jump in wherever needed

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Compensation: $58,000-$63,000 annually
