Design, implement, and maintain automated systems that power efficient, scalable talent acquisition. You'll build intelligent sourcing workflows that generate consistent pipelines across multiple roles, using multi-channel outreach and feedback loops to improve response and conversion rates over time.
What You'll Do
Develop automated sourcing bots that identify and engage qualified candidates at scale. Create dynamic outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, and other channels, supported by performance dashboards that track engagement and guide optimization. Build a real-time market intelligence system that detects competitor hiring activity, compensation shifts, and talent movement, delivering alerts directly to stakeholders via Slack.
Design an internal referral network that maps employee connections and surfaces warm introductions. Automate interview preparation with integrated workflows that deliver personalized prep materials, interview guides, and calendar syncs across ATS and scheduling tools. Enhance the careers site with authentic storytelling, realistic job previews, and frictionless application paths to boost conversion.
Enforce data quality across the recruiting stack through validation rules, exception reporting, and cleanup automation to ensure reliable reporting and process efficiency.
Requirements
You can clearly map out how you’d architect the systems described above, balancing long-term scalability with rapid iteration. You have at least one year of hands-on experience in sourcing or recruiting, giving you deep familiarity with pipeline dynamics and candidate experience. You bring a strong foundation in recruiting operations—including ATS management, process design, reporting, and stakeholder enablement.
You’re skilled at building interconnected systems rather than one-off automations, and you adapt quickly based on user feedback. You’re experienced in remote work environments and fluent with collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana or similar. Prior experience working with US or UK-based teams is required. You operate with high ownership and are available beyond standard hours when hiring demands it.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using automation platforms such as Clay, Zapier, Make, Airtable, or Cursor. Basic scripting ability in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar—especially for API integrations and webhook management—is a strong plus. Background in rebuilding or optimizing careers sites for SEO, conversion, and storytelling adds value. Familiarity with talent market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, or competitive monitoring workflows is also beneficial.
