At Memberspot GmbH, we are looking for a Recruiter to fuel our growth by attracting top talent and designing an exceptional candidate journey. You will be responsible for the entire hiring process from briefing to contract signature, working hands-on and data-driven within our small, passionate team.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruiting, owning the process from briefing to contract signature.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define requirements and priorities.
- Conduct active candidate outreach, particularly via Instagram and other social networks.
- Develop and implement modern, creative recruiting campaigns for tech and business roles.
- Create and continuously optimize clear, target-group-specific job descriptions.
- Maintain and further develop our external employer branding.
- Analyze recruiting KPIs and metrics to steer and optimize the hiring funnel.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through pre- and onboarding support.
- Contribute to the digitization and automation of our recruiting processes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven recruiting experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or a scale-up environment, with a track record of successfully filling demanding roles.
- Strong sourcing competence, including active sourcing, social media recruiting, and campaign approaches.
- Ability to build authentic relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Composure when dealing with uncertainty, change, and ambiguous requirements.
- Hands-on mentality with a structured, independent way of working and a focus on implementation.
- Digital affinity and interest in tools, automation, and scalable processes.
- Numerical understanding and confidence in handling KPIs, funnel logic, and data-driven decisions.
- Mandatory very good German and English language skills in spoken and written form.
