About the Role

Zelh is hiring an Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational owner for a long-standing, high-volume customer account. Your role is not traditional track-and-trace; you’ll own the end-to-end freight flow, making critical decisions to ensure smooth execution.

What You'll Do

  • Own all order entry and operational coordination for the assigned account.
  • Review incoming orders and determine the correct execution path (warehouse, live load, cross-border, etc.).
  • Call consignees in advance to confirm delivery readiness, space availability, and storage requests.
  • Apply sound judgment for repeat consignees using established SOPs.
  • Communicate directly with customers for clarification instead of defaulting to internal escalation.
  • Ensure all orders are set up correctly before releasing or dispatching freight.
  • Coordinate with internal tracking, warehouse, and operations teams without creating duplicate work.
  • Maintain clear, professional documentation and notes within the system.
  • Continuously identify process improvements and efficiencies.

Work Mode
