About the Role
The recruiter will lead end-to-end hiring processes, engage with hiring managers, and help scale talent acquisition efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring goals
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments
- Coordinate interviews and scheduling with hiring teams
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders on hiring progress
- Provide market insights and feedback from candidates
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices
- Develop and refine job descriptions to attract top talent
- Participate in recruitment process improvements
- Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally
- Track key recruitment metrics and reporting
- Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams for smooth transitions
- Represent the organization at career events or outreach activities
- Stay current on recruitment trends and best practices
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and hiring demands
- Use data to inform sourcing and hiring strategies
- Build candidate pipelines for critical roles
- Foster strong working relationships across departments
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Support urgent and time-sensitive hiring needs
