About the Role

Spring Health is hiring a Temporary Recruiter for a 3-month assignment with potential extension. You will provide full-cycle recruitment for our Corporate teams in this remote, full-time temporary position, reporting to the Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition. Our mission is to eliminate every barrier to mental health, and we are committed to fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued, empowered, and supported.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for one of our GTM business units.
  • Develop, implement, and facilitate all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Navigate and configure ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
  • Be the guardian and champion of the candidate experience.
  • Drive a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 2 years of Revenue, Marketing, or other GTM recruiting experience with a proven track record of scaling high-performing teams.
  • Experience independently partnering with hiring managers to drive hiring initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience using recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and effectively pitch the company's value proposition.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, developing multi-mode communications for different audiences.
  • Appetite for cross-functional collaboration with hiring partners and teams across the business.
  • Ability to attract and select top talent to meet current and future business needs.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation range: $100,000 - $110,000.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote, full-time position with core hours from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
