About the Role

The recruiter will lead end-to-end hiring processes, engage with hiring managers, and help scale talent acquisition efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring goals
  • Source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments
  • Coordinate interviews and scheduling with hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders on hiring progress
  • Provide market insights and feedback from candidates
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices
  • Develop and refine job descriptions to attract top talent
  • Participate in recruitment process improvements
  • Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Track key recruitment metrics and reporting
  • Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams for smooth transitions
  • Represent the organization at career events or outreach activities
  • Stay current on recruitment trends and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and hiring demands
  • Use data to inform sourcing and hiring strategies
  • Build candidate pipelines for critical roles
  • Foster strong working relationships across departments
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Support urgent and time-sensitive hiring needs
