Spring Health is hiring a Temporary Recruiter for a 3-month assignment with potential extension. You will provide full-cycle recruitment for our Corporate teams in this remote, full-time temporary position, reporting to the Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition. What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for one of our GTM business units.
- Develop, implement, and facilitate all phases of the recruitment process.
- Oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Navigate and configure ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
- Be the guardian and champion of the candidate experience.
- Drive a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of Revenue, Marketing, or other GTM recruiting experience with a proven track record of scaling high-performing teams.
- Experience independently partnering with hiring managers to drive hiring initiatives.
- Hands-on experience using recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and effectively pitch the company's value proposition.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, developing multi-mode communications for different audiences.
- Appetite for cross-functional collaboration with hiring partners and teams across the business.
- Ability to attract and select top talent to meet current and future business needs.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $100,000 - $110,000.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, full-time position with core hours from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
