Unlimit is looking for a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Manager to build and drive our talent acquisition strategy. You will own the end-to-end hiring process to attract and secure high-caliber professionals across multiple key regions.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and refine hiring strategies
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics to continuously improve our hiring operations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within tech or fintech
- Strong ability to source and engage passive candidates using various channels
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with experience using recruiting metrics and ATS tools
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fully remote, async-friendly environment
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Belgrade, Warsaw, Tashkent, Sofia, Remote Belarus, Limassol, Almaty, Yerevan, and Bucharest.
