ManpowerGroup is looking for a Recruiter specializing in supporting a key client's business needs. This virtual W2 contract position requires executing full-cycle recruitment processes while providing exceptional service to candidates and clients. You must reside in the Central or Eastern time zone.
What You'll Do
- Connect with motivated candidates to learn about their skills, match them to job opportunities, and develop pathways to help them achieve their career goals.
- Leverage social networks and industry communities to build a strong pipeline of in-demand candidates and loyal clients.
- Own your workload and take initiative to deliver on metrics and commitments.
- Grow into an expert and adapt to the fast-paced world of work by staying curious and learning more about your areas of specialty.
- Leverage knowledge of role design and required competencies to effectively market, screen, and present candidates.
- Improve sourcing strategies and build a diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns.
- Exceed client expectations and expand sphere of influence within client portfolio to build loyalty.
- Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities.
- Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience.
- Position yourself as an expert in the world of work, advising both candidates and clients on in-demand skills and market dynamics.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in high-volume, full life cycle recruiting.
- Experience in a retail setting (does not need to be within recruitment).
- Proficiency with Workday.
- Familiarity with the Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive etc.).
- Participation in video-based meetings is required.
- Must reside in the Central or Eastern time zones.
