ManpowerGroup is looking for an Onboarding Advocate to provide U.S.-based onboarding assistance to candidates across all markets and verticals. You will be a critical link in improving the overall candidate experience by ensuring timely task completion and clear communication.
What You'll Do
- Manage status updates and track all candidates using an established onboarding tracker.
- Ensure a smooth transition for contractors during the project lifecycle and that client requirements are met.
- Provide updates to Recruiters regarding progress and confirm contractor readiness.
- Enter new hire data into back-office systems for payroll setup.
- Establish C2C vendor setup files and ensure subcontractor agreements and onboarding are complete.
- Support client employment audits with requested documentation and information.
- Provide employment documentation in client’s VMS as required.
- Prioritize consultant contact based on start date and initiate a Day 2 follow-up call.
- Monitor consultant movement through onboarding daily, including reviewing tasks and liaising with offshore coordinators.
- Conduct video calls with consultants to complete Section 2 of the I9.
- Attend weekly update meetings with onboarding, background, and drug screening teams.
- Provide feedback on observed issues and help define best practices for the role.
- Conduct offboarding activities and connect contractors with other internal support teams as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of successful experience in a service-related role, human resources, or the staffing industry.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or another business-related area.
Team & Environment
You will serve as a liaison with offshore Onboarding Coordinators, recruiters, and consultants to ensure smooth operations.
