MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is hiring a Recruiter for Real Estate to collaborate on a project basis. You will be responsible for finding top-tier agents and professionals who will shape Dubai's dynamic property landscape. This is a remote role with a focus on the Dubai/MENA market.
What You'll Do
- Recruit real estate agents and professionals specifically for the Dubai market.
- Source and interview candidates to support high-volume hiring needs.
- Help find and secure top-tier real estate talent shaping Dubai's property landscape.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience recruiting real estate agents or professionals.
- Strong sourcing skills across various channels.
- Strong interviewing skills, particularly for high-volume recruitment.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to thrive and be productive in a fully remote setup.
Nice to Have
- Direct recruiting experience within the Dubai or broader MENA real estate market.
- Familiarity with local real estate licensing and professional requirements.
