Community Sports Partners is hiring an Entry-level Recruiter to conduct high-volume screening interviews in collaboration with the HR department. This role is crucial for supporting our growing teams. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct initial screening interviews for applicants across various roles.
  • Evaluate candidates consistently and accurately.
  • Identify top talent to HR team.
  • Keep detailed records.
  • Support high-volume hiring efforts with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Provide timely communications, ensuring team cohesion and efficiency.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $1000 USD per month full-time.
