About the Role
The recruiter will lead end-to-end hiring processes for caregiver roles, engaging with candidates to assess qualifications, guiding them through onboarding, and maintaining compliance with service requirements.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified individuals for caregiver positions
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
- Evaluate applicant suitability based on experience and interpersonal skills
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment cycle
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Verify credentials, certifications, and work history
- Support onboarding for newly hired caregivers
- Build relationships with community organizations and job centers
- Attend job fairs and outreach events to promote open roles
- Ensure compliance with employment and healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with operations teams to understand staffing needs
- Provide updates on recruitment metrics and hiring progress
- Address candidate inquiries promptly and professionally
- Promote organizational values during candidate interactions
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for healthcare support roles
- Understanding of home health aide or CNA certification processes
- Bilingual communication skills in English and another language
- Prior work in a fast-paced service environment
- Exposure to HR compliance documentation
