About the Role

Our Commercial Real Estate Company is hiring a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for two of our large divisions. You will be responsible for sourcing talent and building a robust pipeline for future roles. This position works on a hybrid schedule, reporting to the Washington, DC office once per month.

What You'll Do

  • Heavy sourcing through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and ZipRecruiter to build a candidate pipeline
  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to relevant boards and outlets
  • Source candidates using databases and social media
  • Screen candidate resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Provide analytical and documented recruiting reports to the Head of Talent
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of proven work experience as a Commercial Real Estate Recruiter
  • Candidates must be located within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone
  • Solid ability to conduct structured, competency-based, and other interview types
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes like phone interviewing
  • Ability to organize skills assessment centers
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software and HRIS/HRMS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills

  • Salary: $80,000—$100,000 USD
