Our Commercial Real Estate Company is hiring a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for two of our large divisions. You will be responsible for sourcing talent and building a robust pipeline for future roles. This position works on a hybrid schedule, reporting to the Washington, DC office once per month.
What You'll Do
- Heavy sourcing through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and ZipRecruiter to build a candidate pipeline
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to relevant boards and outlets
- Source candidates using databases and social media
- Screen candidate resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Provide analytical and documented recruiting reports to the Head of Talent
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of proven work experience as a Commercial Real Estate Recruiter
- Candidates must be located within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone
- Solid ability to conduct structured, competency-based, and other interview types
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes like phone interviewing
- Ability to organize skills assessment centers
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software and HRIS/HRMS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $80,000—$100,000 USD
