Responsibilities

  • Oversee all recruitment activities to ensure adherence to legal requirements, regulatory guidelines, and franchise standards.
  • Design and execute innovative recruitment campaigns both online and within the local community.
  • Manage the complete candidate journey to deliver a positive and engaging experience.
  • Actively seek out candidates through diverse channels to attract high-quality applicants.
  • Build personal networks for candidate sourcing within the local community.
  • Develop and sustain a social media recruitment strategy by creating timely, creative, and engaging content and campaigns.
  • Leverage market and competitor insights to define and promote the company's unique selling points and differentiators.
  • Plan, research, and organize regular community events, including job fairs, exhibitions, recruitment events, and other relevant activities.
  • Support candidate selection processes.
  • Maintain accurate and reliable recruitment data using the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Use recruitment data to inform and refine recruitment strategies.
  • Implement and manage an Employee Referral Scheme tailored for Care Professionals.
  • Optimize available recruitment tools and stay current with best practices.
  • Meet targeted recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities policy in both employment and service delivery.
  • Perform any additional duties necessary for the successful operation of the business.
