Advantmed is looking for a Record Retrieval, Contact Center Representative. This remote role focuses on making verification and follow-up calls with healthcare providers to collect essential patient records. It is a long-term seasonal position featuring comprehensive paid training and continuous coaching.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day verification and follow-up calls with healthcare providers to collect patient records.
- Resolve issues efficiently through phone and electronic communication in a work-from-home environment.
- Adapt to and follow additional instructions based on evolving project and business needs.
- Maintain a professional attitude while showcasing strong interpersonal skills and a customer and team-focused approach.
- Handle a volume of 60-80 outgoing calls per day effectively.
- Swiftly utilize MS Office tools to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.
What We're Looking For
- Eligibility to work and perform job responsibilities within the United States.
- High-speed internet with Ethernet.
- Windows-based laptop/desktop with video calling capabilities and Windows OS with Windows Professional suite.
- Availability to work 9-hour shifts, including a one-hour break, from 6 am to 6 pm PST based on business needs.
- Availability to be on video during the training period.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Reliable power backup to avoid disruptions during work hours.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with healthcare providers.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals.
Nice to Have
- 2-3 years of call center experience, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving skills.
