Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors, clients, and team members with exceptional warmth and professionalism, making each person feel valued.
- Manage front desk operations including phone calls, emails, mail, courier deliveries, and directing inquiries promptly to the appropriate contacts.
- Ensure meeting rooms are properly scheduled, set up, and maintained for seamless use.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager on managing suppliers, deliveries, inventory, and restocking office supplies.
- Support new team members by providing access credentials, preparing workspaces, and giving orientation tours.
- Maintain clean, tidy, and professional reception and shared areas.
- Keep administrative records, reports, and digital systems accurate and current.
- Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
