Novo Nordisk is seeking a Receptionist to maintain a professional and welcoming front-desk presence, managing visitor access and office operations. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support while upholding the company’s regulatory and confidentiality standards, supporting our mission to defeat serious chronic diseases.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and support visitors, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere
- Receive and direct telephone calls with courtesy and timeliness
- Maintain the mail room, sort mail, and manage stamps and supplies
- Issue employee and trade partner badges, manage photos and site access, and handle deactivation
- Issue parking passes for internal and external employees
- Coordinate locker assignments
- Create, update, and maintain badge layouts within the badging system
- Order office and medical supplies
- Follow all safety and environmental requirements in the performance of duties
What We're Looking For
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field of study required
- In lieu of an Associate’s degree, a High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in an administrative field, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment
- Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrated customer service skills, including the ability to make visitors feel welcome and provide a positive first image
- Ability to maintain and organize records
Nice to Have
- Knowledge and experience with Ccure badging software and taking employee ID photographs
