Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and identify, recommend, and, after client approval, carry out necessary real estate actions.
- Lead negotiations for land-use agreements, including leases, licenses, and rights of entry from private landowners, as well as permits from other government agencies.
- Organize meetings to develop and implement appropriate real estate strategies.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
