Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled in-person tours of residential properties
- Communicate directly with real estate agents to confirm appointments

- Maintain punctuality for all assigned showings
- Follow safety protocols during property access
- Use mobile app to log showing activities
- Report maintenance or security concerns observed during visits
- Ensure accurate lockbox or key access procedures
- Adhere to client instructions for property presentation
- Respond promptly to rescheduling requests
- Verify visitor identities before property entry
- Follow local guidelines for property access
- Document visitor interest levels after each showing
- Coordinate with cleaning or staging teams when applicable
- Provide after-hours showing support when scheduled
- Maintain professional appearance during client interactions
- Submit post-showing reports within required timeframes
- Stay informed about property details and neighborhood features
- Assist with virtual showing coordination when needed
- Uphold confidentiality of property and client information

Compensation
