Responsibilities
- Design and deploy enterprise-grade identity and access management systems that enforce core security principles such as least privilege and Zero Trust.
- Operate across varied technical environments, quickly analyzing and adapting to new platforms, whether through scripting or visual development tools, to unify code and no-code solutions.
- Advocate for an 'Everything-as-Code' approach in identity and access workflows, automating manual processes like access provisioning and removal.
- Support the development and maintenance of privileged access strategies to secure high-impact user and service accounts, reduce exposure to threats, and improve monitoring.
- Take a leading role in security audits, risk evaluations, and remediation efforts to ensure identity controls align with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
- Explore and promote the adoption of emerging security technologies, including modern authentication methods and advanced access control frameworks.
- Connect identity systems with key enterprise applications using REST APIs and standard identity protocols, and help build internal tools for self-service access management.
- Join a 24/7 on-call schedule to respond to and resolve critical authentication and access issues promptly.
