About the Role
This position involves scheduling and leading home showings, guiding potential buyers through properties, and delivering detailed feedback to listing agents to support the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and confirm showing appointments with clients and agents
- Conduct in-person property tours for prospective home buyers
- Provide accurate information about home features and layout
- Share neighborhood details such as schools, transit, and local amenities
- Answer buyer questions during and after showings
- Collect and document client feedback on each property
- Communicate buyer reactions promptly to listing agents
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all appointments
- Follow safety protocols during property access and entry
- Use mobile tools to manage schedules and report outcomes
- Support real estate agents by streamlining the showing process
- Assist buyers in visualizing property potential
- Adhere to local real estate regulations and guidelines
- Represent listings with integrity and neutrality
- Handle keys and lockboxes securely and responsibly
- Report maintenance or safety issues observed on-site
- Maintain respectful interactions with residents and agents
- Stay informed about local housing market trends
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping for all showings completed

- Local residency for at least two years

Compensation
Hourly pay plus per-showing incentives; rates vary by market
