About the Role
This position is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners and external collaborators to maximize outreach and revenue. The individual will develop strategies to grow the affiliate network, support partner success, and track performance using data-driven insights.
Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners

- Coordinate with marketing to align affiliate campaigns with brand initiatives
- Resolve partner issues and provide timely support
- Generate performance reports for internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with program terms and brand guidelines
- Negotiate partnership agreements with external organizations
- Track industry trends to identify new collaboration opportunities
- Support the development of affiliate training resources
- Collaborate with sales teams to align partnership strategies
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and contracts
- Evaluate potential partners based on strategic fit and performance potential
- Drive retention through proactive communication and engagement
- Manage partner-facing communications and updates
- Assist in planning and executing joint promotional campaigns
- Use CRM tools to manage partner pipelines and follow-ups
- Contribute to the development of partnership KPIs and goals
- Ensure brand consistency across all affiliate activities
- Stay updated on competitor affiliate programs
