About the Role
The Compliance Case Analyst will investigate regulatory cases, apply risk-based judgment, and support global compliance efforts with a focus on Chinese-language markets and multilingual communication needs.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess compliance-related cases involving financial transactions
- Conduct in-depth investigations into potential regulatory breaches
- Analyze data to identify suspicious activities or red flags

- Use language skills to interpret documents and communications in Chinese
- Ensure all actions align with international legal and regulatory frameworks
- Escalate high-risk cases following established protocols
- Maintain accurate records of case activity and resolutions
- Participate in audits and compliance reviews
- Assist in developing tools to improve case management efficiency
- Stay current with changes in financial crime typologies
- Provide insights to enhance detection systems
- Work closely with legal and risk departments
- Support onboarding and training for new compliance procedures
- Identify trends in non-compliance behavior
- Contribute to the refinement of investigation workflows
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data
- Handle cases involving anti-money laundering concerns
- Evaluate customer due diligence materials
- Support incident response during compliance emergencies
- Communicate effectively across time zones and regions
