What You'll Do
Oversee end-to-end project delivery for major manufacturing facilities, from concept through construction, with a strong focus on design integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Guide multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects meet technical, safety, and sustainability benchmarks.
Manage permitting processes, contractor selection, and contract administration while ensuring alignment with international codes and internal governance frameworks. Act as the central point for technical decision-making across distributed teams and remote stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Bring at least 10 years of experience managing real estate and construction projects, particularly greenfield developments exceeding 50,000 square meters
- Possess professional certification such as PMP, with a background in MEP or construction management preferred
- Demonstrate fluency in English and proven ability to communicate effectively across multicultural, matrixed environments
- Show a commitment to safety, ethical conduct, and collaborative problem-solving
- Be prepared for regular travel and onsite responsibilities
Technical Expertise
Apply knowledge of international standards including ISO, ASHRAE, CIBSE, NFPA, BSI, TIA, and RSMeans to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and energy efficiency goals. Use industry benchmarks to guide cost estimation and technical specifications.
