landman® is looking for a Real Estate Expert, on either a freelance or employed basis, who will work directly for a real estate investor. You will conduct acquisition work or project development using the landman® platform, with guidance provided based on your experience level and personal situation.
What You'll Do
- Start working for a real estate investor to do acquisition work or project development.
- Actively approach potential sellers of interesting plots.
- Receive training on the operation and methodology of landman®.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in real estate, construction, or business management (or will obtain one soon) OR demonstrable experience in the sector.
- Experience with real estate acquisition or a strong desire to start with it.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and proactive work style.
- Excellent communication skills to inspire others.
