Kingdom Homes is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Remote Caller to be the first point of contact for prospective property sellers. In this role, you will respond to all inbound inquiries, manage conversations with homeowners, and ensure accurate data entry to support the company's acquisition pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Respond to 100% of inbound calls immediately as they come in with no missed calls.
- Respond to inbound text messages within 3 minutes.
- Speak on the phone with homeowners and landlords about selling their property, discussing details like bed/bath count, square footage, and repairs needed.
- Maintain a call sheet tracking the progress and outcome of each conversation.
- Input interested homeowners' email and phone number into the master CRM/database.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency with being on the phone with real estate sellers.
- Proficiency with using online CRMs for data entry (Monday.com).
