House Buyers of America is hiring a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to lead the acquisition of residential properties. You will be responsible for the complete process from initial lead to closing, leveraging market analysis and negotiation skills to grow our portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, and acquire new homes.
- Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
- Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
- Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
- Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
- Work with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies during the closing process.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of proven sales experience.
- A consistent ranking within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher.
Technical Stack
- Microsoft Office suite.
Benefits & Compensation
- Total Compensation Range: $140,000-$220,000 per year (inclusive of base salary and bonus/commission).
