At Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes, we're looking for a Real Estate Acquisition Clerk to play a key role in securing land for Germany's major infrastructure projects. You will manage the entire property acquisition process, from initial negotiations to final compensation.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, negotiate, and process land acquisition and usage contracts, including easements.
- Manage property ownership records and participate in land restitution and land consolidation procedures.
- Conduct negotiations and correspondence with property owners, tenants, rights holders, and lawyers.
- Support public events and accompany major projects, including handling surplus residual land.
- Commission and review expert reports, and determine, process, and budgetarily control all compensation payments and costs.
- Handle land register corrections and heir research, and secure compensation measures.
- Commission, monitor, and review surveys, and settle open property matters.
What We're Looking For
- A completed university or technical college degree with a focus on public administration or comparable specialist knowledge, qualifications, and experience.
Nice to Have
- Good knowledge of private law, property-related administrative law, and road law, as well as all relevant specialist laws and regulations.
- Secure handling of relevant specialist regulations, fee and remuneration ordinances, and guidelines for valuation and compensation.
- Very good IT skills (MS Office, specialist IT procedures) and pronounced interdisciplinary thinking.
- A valid Class B driver's license.
