CROSSMARK Australia is hiring a casual RDAS Store Mapper in Bunbury, WA and surrounding areas. You will enable indoor navigation services by traveling to assigned stores and precisely mapping their interiors using a provided mobile app, with remote support guiding you throughout the process.
What You'll Do
- Pick up a mapping kit, including an iPhone and peripherals, from a designated UPS/FedEx point or contact.
- Attend a 30-minute online training session via video call before your site visit.
- Arrive on time at scheduled stores with the kit and a personal, fully charged phone.
- Record store surroundings by walking all 'walkable' areas while marking your position on a map in the app.
- Maintain contact with a remote call centre via Google Meet on your personal phone for live support.
- Fully charge the provided phone and power bank at the end of each day.
- Complete mapping tasks, which can take from 5 to 8 hours per store.
What We're Looking For
- A strong sense of direction and orientation for marking pinpoints on a map.
- Patience and a detail-oriented mindset, as precision is key.
- Ability to be on your feet for a full day and navigate around obstacles.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
- Comfort receiving remote guidance, being monitored, and maintaining ongoing communication with an operator.
- Willingness to complete relevant inductions for entering supermarkets.
- A current valid driver’s license and access to a car.

- Dedicated availability to map multiple stores in your local area.
- An enjoyment of using mobile apps, preferably on an iPhone.
- Interest in activating a system that changes how we experience indoor spaces.
