CareHarmony is seeking an RCC Senior Asset Manager to manage the servicing and asset management of multifamily loans, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/GNMA, Life Company, and bridge/balance sheet portfolios. This role is central to ensuring compliance with investor requirements and maintaining the health of the loan portfolio throughout its lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Review, analyze, and process complex financial statements and property inspections.
- Complete reserve for replacement and non-critical draw requests, process escrows, easement requests, and ownership changes.
- Process construction and sub-rehabilitation loans, handling all related job functions.
- Train, coach, and guide less experienced servicing staff, serving as a reference point for asset management questions.
- Serve as the key point of customer contact with borrowers on servicing and asset management matters.
- Interface with intermediary agencies and M&TRCC to ensure timely upload of financials, inspections, and escrow releases.
- Travel out of state with overnight stays as required.
- Understand and adhere to the company’s risk, regulatory standards, policies, and controls.
- Identify and escalate risk-related issues to management.
- Promote an environment of belonging that reflects the M&T Bank brand.
- Maintain internal control standards, implementing audit and regulatory points promptly.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in loan administration, asset management/servicing, or underwriting for complex multifamily/commercial real estate loans.
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 9 years of combined higher education and related work experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office systems and commercial loan information systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
- Ability to function effectively as a team member.
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
Nice to Have
- An MBA or other advanced degree.
- 5 years of direct agency multifamily or bridge/balance sheet asset management experience.

Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range: $107,656.56 - $179,427.60 (USD).
