Mass General Brigham (The McLean Hospital Corporation) is hiring a Radiology Tech Manager to provide oversight and management of the radiology department. In this role, you will ensure smooth operations and effective budgetary and strategic results while serving as a subject matter expert.
What You'll Do
- Provide operations management, identify operational inefficiencies, and implement new practices for quality improvement and performance measurement
- Ensure compliance with patient care quality standards and all related federal and state regulatory requirements
- Manage clinical staff, including scheduling and triage duties, serving as a resource
- Develop the fiscal operating budget, conduct ongoing assessment, and assist in variance reporting
- Manage clinical activities for students to ensure they meet core curriculum requirements and encourage future employment opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations and monitor industry trends
What We're Looking For
- Associate's Degree in Diagnostic Imaging
- Radiologic Technologist State License
- Registered Technologist [ARRT-R] from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- 5-7 years of radiology tech experience with multiple patient populations
- 2-3 years of leadership experience
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences
- Basic Life Support [BLS Certification]
