RHI Magnesita, the world market leader in refractory products, is hiring a Quotation Analyst to support the Steel/Industrial business across Canada, Mexico, and the United States. In this role, you will apply fundamental financial and business intelligence concepts to manage commercial offers and collaborate on critical analyses for our NAM region.
What You'll Do
- Support ad-hoc analyses within the department and in collaboration with other global RHI Magnesita teams as needed.
- Handle special assigned tasks, such as collaborating on business plans or supporting non-standard sales opportunities.
- Interact with NAM Engineering & Quotation team colleagues to share information, exchange ideas, and advance the team's overall competency.
- Manage multiple commercial offers simultaneously, allocate work hours to meet deadlines, and communicate across the organization to gather necessary information.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Above average math skills.
- Aptitude with SAP ERP systems and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).
Nice to Have
- Intercultural work experience.
- Experience in commercial offer, estimation, or quotation management.
- Background in the refractory or steel industry.
- Exposure to CRM systems.
