Mindrift is looking for a Quantitative Statistics Expert to work as a Freelance AI Trainer, helping to improve Generative AI models' specialized question-answering and complex reasoning skills. You will apply your deep statistical expertise to enhance how AI communicates and interprets complex quantitative information.

What You'll Do

Generate diverse and challenging statistical prompts to test AI model capabilities.
Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy and reasoning of AI-generated answers.
Correct model responses using your domain-specific statistical knowledge to ensure high-quality output.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Econometrics, or a closely related quantitative field.
At least 2+ years of relevant professional experience in statistics or statistical modeling.
An Advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
Strong expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis, including descriptive and inferential statistics, regression analysis, experimental design, and statistical learning methods.
Ability to design high-quality, diverse statistical problems and evaluation tasks requiring conceptual understanding, rigorous reasoning, and correct statistical interpretation.
Experience working with complex or ambiguous statistical guidelines, interpreting requirements accurately, and applying consistent judgment.
Willingness to learn new statistical methods, switch efficiently between topics, and handle intellectually challenging tasks.
