HDR Engineering, Inc. is looking for a Quality Records Coordinator to provide essential guidance to Project Managers and support our Quality Management System (QMS). You will be a key link in ensuring project plans are developed effectively and that key project experiences are shared across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Provide guidance to Project Managers on developing project plans, identifying best practices when requested.
- Coordinate with local area business group project coordinators on project support needs and the transmission of key project experience.
- Support the Area Quality and Records Leader by regularly reporting on QMS implementation, lessons learned, and audit resolution strategies.
- Communicate QMS updates and directives from the Quality Office to area leadership and staff as appropriate.
- Support the development and updating of local area processes that implement QMS requirements.
- Implement a new employee onboarding program to provide awareness of the HDR QMS.
- Assist in responding to staff questions related to QMS policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with Office Leadership on QMS-related training needs.
- Participate in Area and Corporate meetings and trainings related to QMS.
- Assist with Quality Audits as needed.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years in a similar consulting industry.
- Ability to develop an understanding of QMS fundamentals.
- Strong verbal and written communication with investigative interview experience.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, Adobe PDF, and PowerPoint.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 10 years of related experience.
- Must be team-oriented and able to work with a variety of people in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in an Architectural/Engineering firm.
- Preference given to local candidates.
