Responsibilities
- Guide Project Managers in creating project documentation such as Project Management Plans, Quality Management Plans, and Records Management Plans, offering best practice recommendations when requested
- Collaborate with regional business group coordinators to assess project support requirements and share key project insights
- Report regularly on Quality Management System implementation progress, lessons learned, and audit follow-up strategies to the Area Quality and Records Leader
- Disseminate updates on Quality Management System and Information Lifecycle Governance policies to regional leadership and team members as appropriate
- Partner with the Area Quality and Records Leader to create and refine local processes that align with Quality Management System and Information Lifecycle Governance standards, working across departments including Operations, Accounting, Marketing, HR, Safety, and others
- Deliver onboarding sessions for new hires to introduce the organization’s Quality Management System and its significance to company operations
- Help resolve staff inquiries about policies and procedures tied to the Quality Management System under the guidance of the Area Quality and Records Leader
- Work with office leadership to identify and coordinate Quality Management System-related training needs
- Attend regional and corporate-level meetings and training sessions focused on Quality Management System practices
- Support quality audit activities as required
