We are looking for a Quality Project Manager to lead and manage projects related to Product Safety and Quality culture, synthesizing project solutions to support our objectives and contribute to our culture.
What You'll Do
- Organize and lead Bombardier’s Product Safety Week by designing and deploying strong communication plans and coordinating all project elements.
- Create impactful communication materials, including emails, videos, and presentations aimed at engaging and inspiring employees.
- Lead projects related to Product Safety and Quality culture by planning, structuring the project scope, and deploying initiatives.
- Coordinate the progress of actions, track deliverables, and communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management.
- Recommend strategies and synthesize project solutions to support the company’s objectives.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the Quality and Product Safety culture by participating in SMS-related activities, including standards, tools, training material, and effectiveness assessments.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in project management, communications, marketing, aerospace, or another technical related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, and leadership skills with the capacity to influence others.
- A talent for simplifying complex information and adapting it to various audiences, both written and oral, in French and English.
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite and eagerness to explore new technologies.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- Experience ideally in the aerospace industry.
- Experience in project management, risk management, and complex problem-solving tools.
- Knowledge about SMS-related regulations and international standards (SM001).
