Instone Real Estate is looking for a Quality Manager to strategically develop our digital planning methodology and implement new standards. You will ensure process security and data integrity for general planning departments within residential new construction.
What You'll Do
- Strategically develop digital planning methodology and implement new standards.
- Coordinate digital planning processes and assure the quality of BIM models.
- Secure processes and ensure data integrity for general planning departments in residential new construction.
- Take responsibility for model quality and enforce data standards.
- Act as the interface between IT, BIM management, and project management.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed degree in architecture or a comparable qualification.
- Experience developing and implementing office standards; graduates are welcome.
- Sound knowledge of model-based planning, including Revit, IFC, BIM workflows, and ITWO.
- Strong process thinking combined with analytical and conceptual skills.
- A high degree of teamwork ability.
