LILT is hiring a Quality Manager - AI Data Solutions

LILT is looking for a Quality Manager - AI Data Solutions to implement and maintain quality management methodologies across our global Production organization. This role provides crucial support, tools, and knowledge to ensure our quality measures scale effectively with company growth and business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Process, track, and send quality feedback, including revision reports and customer feedback, to AI data experts, linguists, and language leads.
• Collect feedback and responses from AI data experts and accurately document them within required systems.
• Cross-check project instructions and other reference materials provided for the work.
• Coordinate Quality Assessments and third-party audits to independently evaluate project quality in accordance with our quality strategy.
• Monitor and update data related to error rates and language quality scores as part of the feedback and arbitration process.
• Execute Quality tasks delegated by the Quality or Production strategist related to Quality Management, Asset Management, or Resource Management Production SKUs.
• Communicate with AI data experts and language leads to confirm feedback status and any risks or issues impacting delivery.
• Escalate Production risks or blockers to your Manager as soon as they arise.
• Contribute to post-mortems on key account initiatives, sharing results and planning follow-up actions with stakeholders to ensure continuous improvements.
• Oversee teams of Language Leads, ensuring they effectively fulfill responsibilities and managing performance in collaboration with the Talent Management team.
• Manage production escalations from assigned accounts from a quality perspective, drive quality investigations (RCA and CAPA) to completion, and work with the Quality Lead to identify patterns and trends for improvement.
• Develop customer-facing quality reports as necessary based on account assignments under the supervision of the Quality Lead.

Team & Environment

You will work within the global Production organization, supervised by a Quality Lead and collaborating closely with Production Strategists.
