AT&S is hiring a Quality Data Management Senior Specialist (System Analyst/Software Developer) for its Quality Team in Malaysia. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining the Quality Data Management system to improve product quality and meet user requirements.
What You'll Do
- Ensure fulfilment of user requirements to improve product quality by collecting, analyzing, and documenting requirements aligned with stakeholders.
- Design Quality Data Management system functional modules to robustly and safely support new customer requirements.
- Coordinate and maintain system configurations to ensure correct and timely system function, safeguarding high-quality production conditions.
- Prepare and develop system-related help files, user manuals, procedures, and training documents to enable effective user adoption.
- Report regularly to manager on task/project status to ensure timely delivery and user satisfaction.
- Handle other job assignments from superior.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT Software related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT system support or Quality.
- Knowledge of SQL server database, SQL, Store Procedure, Functions, Views.
- Knowledge of BI or Report development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external customers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong ability for learning, logical thinking, problem solving, and good team spirit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Quality System.
- Familiarity with IT support.
- Familiarity with Project management.
- Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP.
