Verallia is seeking a Quality Coordinator for its production site in Oiry (51). Reporting to the Site Quality Manager, you will lead a team of two, with your core mission being to manage retriage operations, handle non-conformities, and ensure the application of QHSE and Food Safety systems. What You'll Do
- Lead retriage and repackaging operations, including organization, stock management (SAP), documentation, and team coordination.
- Manage non-conformities: product blocks/releases, root cause analyses, and monitoring of KPIs and blocked zones.
- Supervise the retriage team, managing schedules, performance, training, communication, and adherence to procedures.
- Contribute to product quality through controls, product files, control means, and meeting customer requirements.
- Ensure the application of QHSE and Food Safety rules, identify risks, and propose corrective actions.
- Participate in audits (SDA, LPA) and continuous improvement actions for the quality system.
- Act as interim for the Quality Manager or Product Quality Technician as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Engineering or technical degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an industrial environment.
- Awareness of quality and safety challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience supporting teams on-site and leading training sessions.
- Mastery of quality criteria, standards, operating procedures, and ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 norms.
- Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Mastery of management tools: SAP, Excel, and PRISMA.
- Strong organization, rigor, and prioritization skills.
- Resilience, autonomy, and operational sense.
- Ability to propose concrete solutions and demonstrate proactivity.
