We’re seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer to play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our fintech product. Working remotely within a distributed team, you will be responsible for validating product features, designing comprehensive test cases, and ensuring each release meets rigorous quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Test functional and edge-case scenarios across the product to verify performance and reliability
- Translate user stories and requirements into structured, executable test plans
- Execute regression, functional, and integration testing across development cycles
- Log, track, and follow up on defects, ensuring timely resolution with engineering teams
- Act as a quality advocate by communicating findings to product leads, support, and clients
- Deliver validation reports and release readiness assessments directly to stakeholders
- Collaborate asynchronously with team members across Europe and India
- Identify opportunities for test automation and support automation efforts with actionable feedback
- Help refine QA processes, documentation, and best practices to improve efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years in software testing or a related QA role
- Proficiency with tools such as Postman, Jira, or similar test and issue tracking platforms
- Proven ability to develop test cases from technical and business requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail
- Self-directed work style with the ability to manage quality ownership independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous environment
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and fast-moving development timelines
Preferred Background
- Familiarity with triggering automated tests through CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to ERP or enterprise-level software systems
- Experience in SaaS or B2B product environments with client-facing components
- Basic knowledge of automated testing frameworks or scripting languages
- Understanding of release cycles and deployment workflows

Work Arrangement
This is a fully remote position open to candidates in Europe and India. There are no office location requirements, and work hours are flexible to accommodate multiple time zones.
