Supporting credit management processes, resolving escalations, and handling complex debt scenarios. Ensuring timely collection of outstanding amounts for Quadient Limited and Quadient Finance while meeting comprehensive financial targets. Key Responsibilities: - Collect outstanding debts via telephone and email - Manage debt collection status - Handle Swiss account interactions - Maintain accurate query and contact records - Participate in cross-departmental meetings - Process credit-held orders - Support litigation account preparation - Mentor junior credit controllers - Manage customer escalation calls - Contribute to process documentation and training - Support additional organizational projects - Generate and share stakeholder reports Qualifications We seek candidates demonstrating exceptional persistence and determination.
