Grupo Bancolombia is hiring a QA Quality Analyst to improve the quality of our solutions by defining and implementing policies and strategies. You will be responsible for executing our strategy and model for functional and non-functional software quality testing, with a strong focus on agility and continuous delivery to lead teams in delivering sustainable, high-quality products.
What You'll Do
- Execute the strategy and model for functional and non-functional software quality testing.
- Focus on agility and continuous delivery to lead teams to deliver quality products and solutions.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with continuous integration servers like Azure DevOps, Bitbucket Pipeline, AWS CodePipeline, or GitLab.
- Experience developing continuous integration pipelines and test automation.
- Experience developing continuous deployment pipelines for deploying applications to test and production environments.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment concepts, advanced development skills, automated testing, and database fundamentals.
- Familiarity with automation scripting languages like Javascript (Java) and knowledge/experience in Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge in both test automation and manual testing.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of Agile software development practices.
- Previous knowledge and experience in software testing and testing methodology.
- Knowledge of agile testing concepts.
- Knowledge in using issue tracking tools and the issue lifecycle.
- Knowledge in performance testing and automated testing with tools like Selenium and Serenity.
- Knowledge in API Testing with tools like Postman.
