Kyndryl is hiring a Who We Are

5160 Kyndryl (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is looking for a quality engineer to shape products from the start, partnering with GovTech squads and Kyndryl engineers to deliver secure, high-performing software at national scale.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end test strategy (functional + non-functional), quality gates, and release criteria.
• Build and maintain test cases, plans, and automated frameworks aligned with evolving requirements.
• Integrate tests into GitLab CI/CD for fast feedback and actionable reports.
• Drive shift-left quality with developers, product managers, and UX designers.
• Ensure test data and environment hygiene; run defect triage.
• Track quality metrics and guide continuous improvement.
• Manage test environment dependencies and partner on long-term quality roadmap.
• Assist in resolving production cases.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of professional software quality testing experience with hands-on automation.
• Strong understanding of testing techniques, risk analysis, and test automation.
• Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript and Typescript.
• Experience with open-source automated testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cucumber and Jest/Mocha.
• Experience with open-source performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, Locust.
• Experience with basic security scanning and collaboration with application security teams.
• Experience working in SCRUM teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive, self-driven and motivated.

Nice to Have

• Strong understanding of modern full-stack web application technologies; React and Spring Boot is a plus.
