Personal Pay is hiring a QA Engineer to join our mission of creating solutions that improve people's lives. You will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and usability of our applications through both manual and automated testing.

What You'll Do

Perform manual and automated testing of applications and services.
Design and execute API tests within microservices ecosystems.
Conduct testing for mobile applications.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium and Appium.
Validate data integrity using SQL queries and database knowledge.
Manage and track issues efficiently using Jira.

What We're Looking For

Experience in manual and/or automated testing of applications and services.
Proficiency in the Java language as applied to automated tests.
Hands-on experience with API testing (e.g., using Postman) in microservices environments.
Knowledge of mobile application testing methodologies.
Practical experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium and Appium.
Ability to write SQL queries for data validation.
Proficiency with issue tracking tools, specifically Jira.
Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a product quality orientation.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
