Company is hiring a Team Member, Process and Product Audit to ensure our manufacturing operations and products meet established quality standards. You will play a key role in monitoring, documenting, and reporting on production processes to maintain consistency and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Audit production processes and products to ensure compliance with defined standards.
- Document audit data and identify non-conforming processes or products.
- Collaborate with area owners to inspect high-risk parts and verify machine/process parameters align with standards and plans.
- Report and verify corrective actions, coordinating with relevant departments when process discrepancies are found.
- Execute tasks accurately according to standard procedures, schedules, and frequency.
- Continuously develop and improve skills related to quality inspection.
- Inspect raw materials, evaluate audit results, and initiate corrections before defects move to the next process.
- Audit gems against standards, evaluate findings, and report results to the requester.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in jewelry manufacturing.
- High school diploma or higher education.
- Knowledge of part or process inspection and data recording.
- Ability to work in shifts.
